Dialogics is a London-based consultancy and production company specialising in interpersonal communication.

All our products and services serve the same broad purpose — to help people use dialogue skilfully and wisely to improve their own lives, and the lives of those around them.

Our resources take many forms, from comics and interactive DVDs for primary schools to evaluation surveys and skills-building workshops for managers.

The psychology of communication
Andrew Bailey, co-founder of Dialogics with Peter Osborn, is recognised as a world authority on the principles and practices of effective communication. He has co-written three books on dialogue with Professor Gerard Egan, author The Skilled Helper, the world’s most widely-used textbook on counselling skills.

Design of educational, training & development resources
We have 10 years experience in creating effective, practical resources for education and training. Everything we do is specifically targeted to reflect the interests and meet the needs of particular groups of people. Users of our resources range from parents of pre-school children to primary and secondary school students and individuals wishing to improve their personal effectiveness.

Production
Many of our resources rely heavily on video and film material, which is mostly produced in-house. Within Dialogics we can draw on the full range of production skills, from scriptwriting and design to animation, studio and location shooting, graphics, music, editing and authoring.

We also have the facilities in-house to produce a wide variety of online content (from games to mini-websites) and printed materials (from comics and posters to books).

Assessment and development
Another important part of our business is helping people to assess and enhance their communication style. This usually involves a combination of 360 degree surveys supported by tailor-made feedback and coaching workshops.
